Powerful rough terrain performance:
Rough terrain forklift adopts full-time four-wheel drive system and is equipped with large-diameter wide-base off-road tires. The tires are more wear-resistant, the minimum ground clearance of the vehicle is greater than 300 mm, and the departure angle is more than 30 degrees, which greatly enhances the power performance of rough terrain forklift. This design enables forklift to safely and effectively load, stack and carry materials on muddy, field, mountainous and other uneven ground. Its chassis structure is high, the field of vision is good, and it has good passability and off-road capability.
High efficiency:
It can be equipped with forks or replaced with a variety of attachments to improve operating efficiency. This flexibility allows it to adapt to different work needs, improve overall work efficiency, and work in a variety of environments: such as ordinary roads, mountains, beaches, sand, snow, ice and muddy roads, construction sites, farms and orchards, mines, forests, mountains, airports, docks, etc.
Good maneuverability:
Rough terrain forklift usually have a high maximum speed (usually 30~40km/h) and good driving acceleration, and have strong climbing ability (usually up to 25°-30°, and some models even reach 35°). This enables it to move quickly in complex terrain and complete various tasks.
Stable structural design:
Most Rough terrain forklift adopt articulated frame or integral frame design, with simple steering system and small turning radius. In addition, its wheelbase and track are large, providing good longitudinal and lateral stability, ensuring safety and reliability during operation.
Advanced transmission technology:
Some models of Rough terrain forklift use hydrostatic transmission technology, which has the advantages of high power and wide range of working conditions, can save resources and simplify the structure of auxiliary equipment such as heat dissipation and cooling. At the same time, the closed loop using a combination of variable pump and variable motor realizes automatic stepless adjustment, making the diesel engine power relatively stable and the whole machine operation economical.
